About ICSA Jersey

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators was founded in 1891 and was granted its Royal Charter on 4 November 1902.

The Jersey Branch of the ICSA is classified as a “regional group of the UK member group” of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. The Branch was established in the early 1980’s.

The Jersey Branch has over 300 members, and 500 students.

In recognition of how important it is for members to have access to the up to date information and training provided by the Branch Council, those who have completed their studies in IFA Levels 4 & 5 are considered to be members of the Jersey Branch for these purposes.

The aims of the branch are:

  • To support continuing professional development and networking opportunities with up to date events
  • To promote the profession in Jersey
  • To support and encourage ICSA students
