The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators was founded in 1891 and was granted its Royal Charter on 4 November 1902.
The Isle of Man Branch of the ICSA is classified as a “regional group of the UK member group” of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. The Branch was established in the early 1980’s.
The Isle of Man Branch has over 200 members, 50 students and 190 COFA/DOFA students.
In recognition of how important it is for members to have access to the up to date information and training provided by the Branch Council, those who have completed their studies in IFA Levels 4 & 5 are considered to be members of the Isle of Man Branch for these purposes.
