Membership renewals 2020-21

Membership renewals 2020-21

Background

So much has changed for us all recently, and there are undoubtably fresh challenges ahead. As your professional body, we remain committed to providing the support that you need, particularly when governance professionals are playing such a critical role in guiding boards in every sector through crisis to recovery. The annual membership renewal campaign is now underway (our student campaign will get underway in July).

Have you received your notice?

The invitation to renew has been sent by email, if we hold an email address for you.  If you have not received it, please check your junk/spam folder and remember to mark our email address - enquiries@icsa.org.uk as a safe/trusted address.

How to renew

The quickest and easiest way to renew is to log onto your MyCG account and follow the prompts. We accept all credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. You can also check and update your personal details and your communication preferences to ensure that you are receiving the correct information from us about the things that you are interested in.

Change in circumstances?

If your circumstances have changed since last year, or you want to discuss your renewal, please get in touch with our membership team - enquiries@icsa.org.uk. You can also call the team on +44 20 7580 4741.  Though we are now working from home, we are still here for you and ready to help between 9.30am and 5:00pm Irish time.

CPD

This is also the time of year when members will be thinking about updating their CPD log. We understand that for some members, completing the requisite 20 hours of CPD (or 35 for members in Public Practice) may be difficult due to the current situation. We are therefore applying a degree of flexibility by asking members to record what CPD activity they have undertaken, even if they have not been able to meet the mandated number of hours. Remember, the Institute is now offering a number of online, virtual CPD courses and we also accept informal CPD towards the annual requirement.   You can also keep up to date on forthcoming events on the Ireland website. You can update your CPD log online at any time.

We look forward to continuing to support your work and your professional development throughout the forthcoming membership year.
