We are pleased to publish a series of Common Checklists/Guidelines covering key topics for Chartered Secretaries. This is in response to feedback received from colleagues working in the Company Secretarial area.
These Checklists have been collated from experienced Chartered Secretaries. They are issued as a guide in that they cover the most common aspects of each topic but they do not constitute legal advice. They serve as a quick reference point and do not represent all of the detail relating to each topic. We welcome any feedback that readers may have to enhance the quality of the content. We will add to the list in due course
