Guidelines for holding an AGM with regard to Covid-19

Guidelines for holding an Annual General Meeting and the impact of Covid-19.

The Chartered Governance Institute in London have now published guidance for members with respect to the impact of Covid-19. The guidance which reflects UK company law gives a number of options for organisations to consider. Many of these options are relevant for Irish companies. See the guidance here.

In addition, the Institute is holding a webinar on Thursday 2nd April at 12.30pm and members can register free of charge here for that event.

Finally with respect to Irish company law, members in a number of firms have published guidance on the subject and we are pleased to list them below. We wish that all our members and friends stay safe and well in the weeks and months ahead.
