The long awaited European Union (Anti-Money Laundering: Beneficial Ownership of Corporate Entities) Regulations 2019 (the "2019 Regulations") have just been published. Please find the link to our blog drafted by Deirdre Mooney of William Fry here.
Under the new UBO regulations, it is likely that a PPS number will be required to be submitted to the Central Register for directors and This submission has now been uploaded to our website and can be accessed here.
Since the beginning of the year we held a number of very well attended events, which are listed below:
The ICSA Ireland Conference 2019 will be held on Thursday 16 May 2019 in The Printworks, Dublin Castle (details below).
Further upcoming CPD events will cover Effective Meetings: For Charity and NFP Secretaries on Thursday 30 May 2019 in The Wheel, Dublin and Influence of the Company Secretary on Board Performance on Tuesday 11th June 2019 in KPMG, St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin.
The ICSA Summer BBQ will be held on Thursday 20 June 2019 in the Odeon, Harcourt Street, Dublin.

Our 2019 Annual Conference will be held on Thursday 16 May and can be booked here.
