About us

We are the representative body of ICSA: The Governance Institute, in the Republic of Ireland. Our vibrant professional network supports a growing community of over 600 chartered secretaries and more than 200 students and affiilate members, many of whom work in governance, risk and compliance.

ICSA Ireland's services include guidance on technical issues, such as the provisions of the 2014 Companies Act, training, qualifcations, CPD and networking events, monthly email briefings and online recruitment services. About us

ICSA is the chartered membership and qualifying body for people working in governance, risk and compliance, including company secretaries. We develop the skills, knowledge and experience of governance professionals through our qualifications, training, high-quality guidance and technical know-how.

ICSA is a global organisation, made up of 8 divisions. ICSA Ireland is part of the UK, Republic of Ireland and Associated Territories division. Find out more about its history, values and mission.
