One to watch

This award is for those in a company secretarial or governance role who have less than five years’ service. This award recognises both recent achievement and future potential in company secretaries and/or administrators who are still in the early stages of their career. The judges will be looking at the impact that nominees have had in managing tasks, administration and related activities, and the nominees contribution to performance overall. The likelihood of winning this award is that the winner will be someone who is destined to be a top company secretary or administrator in the future.

Your entry for this award should cover:

  • Why you feel the nominee is destined to get to the top of the profession;
  • How the nominee has already demonstrated significant proficiency in the way they manage their responsibilities;
  • How the impact they have made has contributed to the overall performance of the organisation; and
  • Anything else relevant to why you feel the nominee deserves to win this award.
