ICSA members and students in Guernsey are invited to a special briefing meeting on the progress of current Institute reforms, and to participate in a consultation on a second proposal for Charter and byelaw changes to be presented at the global Institute’s AGM on 19 September 2018.
Simon Osborne FCIS, CEO of the ICSA UKRIAT division, and John Heaton, President of the ICSA UKRIAT division, will update you on the introduction of the new qualifying programme syllabus, affiliated membership and the new designation of chartered governance professional. They will also seek your views on the International Council proposals to build on these innovations, including a new name for ICSA. You can read more about the proposals here.
All members and students are most welcome to take part, and we look forward to hearing your views. If you are unable to make this session, but would like to see if you can attend one of our other branch meetings, see the full list here.
Though only members can vote in the AGM, all students are very welcome to take part.
We hope that you will be able to join us.
