Company secretary of the year

This award will be given to a Company Secretary who provides effective team and thought-leadership, shows mastery of the complex legal and regulatory environment and plays an added-value role in the governance of his or her organisation.

The judges will recognise initiatives that have contributed to emerging best practise in the pursuit of good governance. Applications are invited related to individuals working with private, public and not-for-profit organisations

Your entry for this award should cover:

  • How the nominee has demonstrated effective team and thought leadership;
  • How the nominee has excelled when dealing with their legal and regulatory compliance obligations;
  • The contribution the nominee has made to improving the governance of their organisation; and
  • Anything else relevant to why you feel the nominee deserves to win this award.
