Turn the floodlights on to find hidden talent and improve representation on boards
Lord Davies’ initial Women on Boards report published in 2011 set a target of 25% women on the boards of the FTSE 100 by 2015, and the final progress review is likely to show that this target has been met, or very close.
As of October 2014, women accounted for 22.8% of FTSE 100 board positions, up from 12.5% in 2011. There are now no companies in the FTSE 100 with all male boards; whereas there were 21 as recently as 2010.
