Mindfulness: enhancing workplace relationships

The practice of mindfulness is proven to increase resilience and emotional intelligence.

Mindfulness has been linked to better workplace functioning: increased productivity, more efficient teamwork, fewer errors, better communication, and fewer sick days. Being mindful also supports authentic leadership and helps build a sense of unity and community at all levels.

Google and Apple have now started to implement mindfulness training for their employees.
