Research shows that more diverse boards are associated with improved financial performance, good corporate governance and facilitate better decision making. Whilst many organisations have committed to improving diversity at board level, progress remains slow.
Organisations are now being encouraged to look beyond gender and consider ethnicity, age and background as factors when recruiting at board level. At this evening session we will showcase some practical examples in how some companies are overcoming the challenges in building diverse boards.
