A background of 12 years corporate analysis in the City, 8 years senior management within the food sector, and 18 years running MBS Challenging Perception, a strategic change consultancy, gives Mark a breadth of practice and experience.
As a systems thinker, Mark thrives on working with the dichotomy between theory and practice within a world of increasing financial challenge. Corporate governance, holistic supply chain thinking and a passion for driving business benefit from both systems and regulations are areas of particular interest.
Mark has extensive business, people and presentation experience. His current work-mix includes delivering professional workshops, working with directors on strategic and financial challenge and carrying out Board and Committee evaluations. Alongside his corporate work, Mark is a Senior Lecturer in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance at the University of Lincoln.
