Jeremy has spent over 20 years developing leaders and their teams. He has consulted to over 60 organisations throughout Europe and North America, is an Associate Faculty member at Henley Business School and earlier this year delivered a TED talk on how his approach to leadership has evolved.

Responding to the emergence of Code-mandated board evaluation, Jeremy has recently undertaken research on how UK boards are evaluated, finding – as is often true with diversity – an excessive focus on tick-box compliance rather than on the actual behavioural predictors of board performance.

Combining his openness and warmth with leading edge thinking, Jeremy’s consultancy and speaking engagements always aim to both challenge current perspectives and support future practice.
