Her current research focus is on establishing a scientific evidence base for effective ways in which mindfulness-based interventions may help transform organisations.
Jutta’s research has been published in a number of academic journals, and she regularly speaks and consults on workplace mindfulness at academic conferences and in organisations interested in evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including the UK Houses of Parliament, Cabinet Office, and Department of Health. Her work has been featured widely including in the Financial Times, The Sunday Times, and on the BBC World Service.
Before obtaining her doctorate, Jutta worked for nearly a decade as an IT consultant for Arthur Andersen and several other consultancies in the UK, advising blue-chip clients on their strategy implementation. Jutta qualified as a psychotherapeutic counsellor at the University of Cambridge.
