Cathy is a UK qualified solicitor and before working at PCaW was a litigation partner in a large London law firm. Cathy was awarded an OBE in June 2015, for services to employment rights.
PCaW supported the work of the independent Whistleblowing Commission, which made recommendations for improving the legal framework for whistleblowing in the UK including a Code of Practice for employers and is running the First100 Campaign.
