Claire is an experienced reward professional who has spent the last 8 years at Rolls-Royce in a number of senior reward roles. She currently oversees the strategy and operations of all share plans (all employee and executive plans) and has led the design of a new all employee sharepurchase plan. She also manages executive remuneration for the company, which is another area with complex regulatory requirements.
Claire has a broad reward background having previously been responsible for the implementation of Workday for Reward in Rolls-Royce, multiple benefit-related projects, implementing new bonus and LTIP arrangements globally and dealing with complex reward issues in a large multinational company with a heavily matrixed structure.
Claire’s background is in Finance, as a member of the institute of Taxation and has attained a LLM in employment law and the ICSA certificate in Employee Share Plans, since her move into Reward.
