Over 65% of apprentices who complete the Board Apprentice programme progress to a board position within a year.
He has over 20 years of experience as an executive and is known for delivering business growth, industry firsts and digital innovation having held senior roles with RSA Insurance Group, Virgin Media, Orange, P&G and three start-ups. Dowshan’s personal background explains his passion for ‘access to opportunity’ for those ‘under-estimated’, which he has furthered through his work with government and across civil society, and his development of diversity of POETS (Perspective, Outlook, Experience, Thought, Sector and Social Background) as an organisational imperative.
He is a graduate of The LSE; has executive education from LBS; a Fellow of The Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
