Lord Owen, an Independent Social Democrat in the House of Lords and a speaker on day one of ICSA’s Annual Conference, has written an article for Governance and Compliance magazine on the danger of hubris, identifying the tell-tale signs of this dysfunctional personality trait, and what can be done to prevent it.
