The Unit specialises in investigating Serious Fraud & Corruption, and disrupting Organised Crime through Money Laundering and Asset recovery investigations. David’s expertise is in Money Laundering & Asset Recovery and he gave us an insight into how organised crime groups launder money and what businesses can do to protect themselves against this.

We are delighted that Jai has agreed to provide an overview of what is happening in the share registration and employee share plans industries. He discussed what is coming in relation to regulatory change and how the ICSA Registrars Group are managing these challenges. Jai provided an update on Link Asset Services following its acquisition of Capita Registrars Limited and how they too are helping its issuer clients and other stakeholders overcome some of the regulatory hurdles and future planning needs to meet shareholder and investor expectations.
