The Student Forum is an advisory body which was launched in September 2017. The purpose of the Forum is to enable a formal and constructive relationship between the ICSA and the student body in the UK, to provide feedback on the UK student experience, act as a sounding board to the learning team about how ICSA can enhance what it offers and to facilitate a student member network.
The Student Forum consists of nine student members to best represent a wide cross-section of the student body including ICSA qualifying programme and short course students, masters students, university graduates, people becoming a governance professional as their second or third career and those with a mix of age, background and gender. There are also three ex-officio members of the ICSA team.

The Student Forum meets twice a year, shortly after each exam session. The next meeting will take place on Friday 14 June 2019.
The ICSA Student Forum gives student members the opportunity to get involved and strengthen the student voice.
Please take advantage of this and attend one of our student events, meet your peers and develop your profile. You can also get in touch by contacting us at email@example.com.
The Forum is holding a networking event on 11 June.
Due to Forum members qualifying, two positions are now available on the Forum. We would like to appoint one student from the qualifying programme and one student from one of our validated masters programmes.
If you’d like to be a part of the Student Forum, please write a short note to the Chair, James Wickham, saying how and where you are studying, what you would bring to it and what you think should be top of the agenda for the next meeting. Please send your thoughts to James at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday 20 May 2019.
