The Student Forum is an advisory body which was launched in September 2017. The purpose of the Forum is to enable a formal and constructive relationship between the Institute and the student body in the UK, to provide feedback on the UK student experience, act as a sounding board to the learning team about how The Institute can enhance what it offers and to facilitate a student member network.
The Student Forum consists of ten student members to best represent a wide cross-section of the student body including Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme and short course students, masters students, university graduates, people becoming a governance professional as their second or third career and those with a mix of age, background and gender. There are also four ex-officio members of the team.
