About us

Welcome to the ICSA North West group. We were established in 2009 for like-minded people living in the North West of England who are qualified as, or studying towards being, Chartered Secretaries.

We hold networking and social events, and also technical sessions looking at topical issues of importance for company secretaries. Past sessions have included a seminar on Executive Remuneration in which we heard from Zoe Gannon, Head of Research at the High Pay Commission, and Ed Farrelly, a partner at DWF specialising in employment contracts. Our networking and social events have included an underground walk of Manchester and cocktail making.
