The Chartered Governance Institute maintains a presence in Ghana through its local branch committee. The local branch strives to enhance the presence of the Institute within Ghana and West Africa, to support members and students throughout their careers and study programmes, as qualified or aspiring governance professionals. George Coleman is a Manager in the Company Secretarial Services unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Ghana) Limited with over 10 years working experience with the firm.
George is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Professionals (FCG) and holds a MSc. in Financial and Legal Management from the University of West London.
He is a specialist in regulatory advice, corporate compliance review, statutory due diligence review, Technology Transfer Agreements (TTA) review, foreign exchange control matters, pathfinder & inward investor services, company secretarial services as well as immigration services including obtaining work and residence permits for clients' expatriates.
Ms. Ruthy Amakie Strauss-Ashiaby is a Legal Practitioner and a Graduate of the Chartered Governance Professionals (GCG). Her practice areas are corporate law, commercial law and corporate governance.
