Training and Events

I have booked on a course that offers a multi-purchase discount. How do I redeem this discount?

Please select the option to pay via invoice for the 2nd or 3rd part of the booking.

Call or email a member of the events team on 020 7612 7034 or training@icsa.org.uk.

A member of the team will apply your discount and re-issue your invoice.

When will I receive joining instructions and materials for the training course?

A Zoom link will be sent to you a few days prior to the course date, followed by any materials you will need to participate.

I have booked to attend one of your webinars but I haven’t received access details to join?

Access details can be found on your booking confirmation email, please scroll down to roughly half way through the email until you see Access the Webinar.

We also send out reminder emails a few days, and a few hours, before an event, these will also include a link to where you can join. Please make sure to add the following email address events@icsa.org.uk to your contact so you don't miss any of these details.

I can’t access my booking or make a new booking, because my password doesn’t work?

To register for an event you will need your Eventsforce login details.

Please note these are differnt from your login details for MyCG.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset this by using the ‘forgotten password link’ on the login page. The system will then send you an automatic link to reset your password, this link will expire after 15 minutes. If the link expires, you will need to use the 'forgotten password link' and start the process again.

In what time zone do your events start?

All of our events are listed in in GMT/BST.

When is your next training course running?

We offer a large variety of training courses, so it depends on which course you are looking for.

You can find a list of all the upcoming virtual courses tab here.

If no upcoming dates are listed, this means we are currently working with the course trainer to confirm new dates.

Please check back regularly for updates, or you can register as a freee subscriber and opt-in for updates such as the CPD bulletin or sector spefcific communications and we will let you know when new dates are added.

Can I get a receipt for payment?

Our booking system cannot generate a proof of payment receipt, however we will send a payment confirmation email once a credit card payment has been received.

I have booked a course via the Short Self-Study Online Training page, but I cannot access this?

Short Self-Study Online Training courses are provided by a 3rd party supplier, please contact Accounting CPD and they will assist you.
