Overview

Risk management is essential to ensure that the business is not overly exposed to risks that can be mitigated or otherwise managed, especially given the realities of the current business climate.

This half day course covers deep dive into risk appetite, ownership and management and is aimed at Senior Executives and Board Members who own, manage or have oversight responsibilities for risk.

Learning Outcome

By the end of this half day session, you will understand:

  1. Establishing your role in managing risks (Sponsor Owner Manager Oversight)
  2. The Board’s accountabilities in relation to Risk.
  3. Aligning Risk with Governance, Compliance & Regulation, Strategy and Operations – drivers of value and sustainability.
  4. Linking risk management with the organisation’s culture.
  5. Practical risk management and challenging the status quo.

      You will also receive:
