ICSA ecoDa board support survey initial summary
ICSA and ecoDa (The European Confederation of Directors'
Associations) believe that good corporate governance and high
standards of boardroom practice are essential to the success of an
organisation. We worked together to create a survey to find out how
corporate governance is being managed across the EU.
The survey
was designed to collect more information about the role of corporate
governance practitioners in companies across the EU and the influence
these practitioners have on board behavior.
The preliminary findings of the EU board support survey are now available to download. The study, which took the form of an online questionnaire, was aimed at board support officers such as company secretaries, board secretaries, general counsel or corporate governance officers.
