To book your place on any ICSA course, conference or event, please contact us:

Fees

Training and conference fees are inclusive of a delegate pack and refreshments, and lunch if a full day course.

Payment

All cheques must be made payable to ICSA Information & Training Ltd. VAT receipts will be issued for all non-invoiced payments. All fees must be paid for prior to the course/conference/event(s).

Booking conditions

There is a cancellation and transfer charge of 20% of the course/conference/event fee for delegates cancelling or transferring their place up to ten days before the course/conference/event. Cancellations or transfers within ten days before the course/conference/event will mean the delegate will be liable for the full course fee. Substitute delegates can be accepted at no extra charge if notified in writing five days in advance.

The content and timing of the programmes and identity of the speakers, date and venue may be altered for reasons beyond the control of ICSA. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, ICSA Information & Training Ltd will automatically make a full refund of the delegate fee. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.

Note

To aid networking, delegates names and the companies they represent, will ordinarily be included in a list of attendees to be available to delegates on the day and retained by the Institute for the purpose of advising of future ICSA conferences, seminars and other items which we consider may be of interest. This information will not be released to third parties. If you would prefer your name not to appear on the delegates list, please tick the box at the end of the course/conference/event booking form.
