
The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is the professional qualifying body for company secretaries. ICSA works closely with governmental and regulatory bodies to promote and support best practice in all areas of corporate governance and, through its subsidiary companies, provides information and training, boardroom evaluation and software.
The Minister of State for Competitiveness, Stephen Timms, made a Written Statement to Parliament providing details of the final commencement timetable for the 2006 Act.
