Keep up to date with the Companies Act

The Companies Act 2006 represents the most significant and wide-ranging change to company law for over fifty years. Everyone engaged with managing and advising companies will need to become familiar with the details and likely impact of the new legislation.

ICSA is holding a number of events that will ensure you are kept up to date with the changes relating to the Companies Act 2006, and the final implementation in October 2009.
