
The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is the professional qualifying body for company secretaries. ICSA works closely with governmental and regulatory bodies to promote and support best practice in all areas of corporate governance and, through its subsidiary companies, provides information and training, boardroom evaluation and software.
The Companies Act 2006 represents the most significant and wide-ranging change to company law for over fifty years. Everyone engaged with managing and advising companies will need to become familiar with the details and likely impact of the new legislation.
