The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is the professional qualifying body for company secretaries. ICSA works closely with governmental and regulatory bodies to promote and support best practice in all areas of corporate governance and, through its subsidiary companies, provides information and training, boardroom evaluation and software.

This website is operated by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), a body operated under Royal Charter and whose registered office is at 16, Park Crescent, London W1B 1AH, UK

ICSA has notified the Office of the Information Commissioner of its processing operations as required by the Data Protection Act and intends fully to comply with the provisions of that Act.

This website is hosted by Hostgator. Hostgator will not collect from this website any data from which you personally may be identified.

2. What information ICSA collects


ICSA collects two types of information from its users on the website: usage information and personal information.
