About ICSA                                     

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is the international qualifying and Membership body for the Chartered Secretary profession and the world’s leading authority on governance and compliance.

Our internationally recognised qualifying scheme (CSQS) is one of the most broad-based qualifying schemes available opening up a wealth of career opportunities – across sectors, within organisations and in practice, making it one of the most varied professional qualifying schemes available. The scheme comprises eight modules covering corporate law, finance, corporate governance, strategy and corporate secretarial practice. What we can do for you

ICSA’s marketing team are keen to further develop relationships with universities, sixth forms and colleges, to engage with students and promote the Chartered Secretary profession and career options available. We have already attended a number of career events all over the UK so far this year and we are looking to get more involved with activities for students and create links with careers advisors. 

The general activities we are keen to be involved in are:

  • Careers fairs and events – ICSA’s marketing team attend university careers fairs and national graduate fairs throughout the UK.

  • Presentations to students – ICSA Members and staff are happy to come and talk to students about the Chartered Secretary profession, our Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme and the career opportunities available.
